To get admission your ranking must below 500. Based on your percentile in jee your JEE rank will be above 1 lakh. Hence you have less chances to get into sastra University for CSE. It doesn't mean you can't get in. Hence for getting CSE at SASTRA one has to score above 95% in 12th and above 93 percentile in JEE Main.
