i got a seat for bio medical engineering in NIT rourkela in 1st round of jossa councelling .can i get seat for computer science in NIT Rourkela in subsequent round .my cast is sc and jee main rank [sc-9156]

According to your selection you are probably got the seat from Home State quota.And if we take back a look at previous year data there is a increase of rank 1000 in round 1 means it will surely be carry forward.Hence if we consider previous year last round cutoffs the closing rank in NIT Rourkela for CSE student is 3000 but it will increase to 4000 as per predicted above but still there is no chance of you to get the admission in CSE in further round .
