as your query is you got a seat in the first round of counselling of A P EAMCET and you reported there but you are not willing to apply there and you want to go for the second round of counselling.

according to the counselling procedure if you are not satisfied with the seat allotted to you in any of the subject is round of counselling then a course you can apply for the next round of counselling and making the seat available for other uses other candidates and yes of course it is nothing to worry about just leave the seat and apply for the second round of counselling.

In such a case , you can with-held your seat that has been allocated to you in the 1st round of counselling.

So, if you get a good option in the 2nd round then you can leave that held seat , but in such a case yoi have to pay a caution money too.
