Based on your rank there is very little chance to get a government College. So you should go for private Colleges where you can get chance. These are the Colleges where you can get admission:
1. Inderprastha Engineering College Ghaziabad
2. Krishna Engineering College Ghaziabad
3. IIMT Engineering College Greater Noida
4. Amity University Noida
5. Sharda University Greater Noida
6. ITS Engineering College Greater Noida
So in my opinion you should go for these Colleges and get admission in second or third round. As early as you get College in your counselling as per your choice you should take admission. There is no need to go to last round or in spot counselling. There is no benefit.
