Dear student,
If you are not happy with the branch or the college you have been allotted you should surely try for partial drop as it has no disadvantages. If you are not able to make to other better colleges then you can continue studying in mmmut gorakhpur otherwise you can take admission in other better colleges. There js no harm in trying and giving it a shot.
