Hello Aspirant,
Yes the marks of other subjects for which you are not going to appear for NIOS examinations, will be added as ToC (Transfer of Credits) in your NIOS marksheet , then your final marksheet will be considered as that of NIOS marksheet for 10+2.
As you have secured 65% marks in 10+2 which is less than 75% so you might face problem in 2023 if the 75% criteria gets restored because then you will become ineligible for admission to NITs/IIITs/GFTIs and also for JEE-Advance so it is correct choice to improve your marks in drop year.
