Hello aspirant.

If you aren't satisfied with your local EAMCET engineering college seat then you can write JEE mains by applying as JEE mains can be written 3 times by a candidate in 3 consecutive years after 12 the board exam. Hence you can attempt JEE mains by continuing your local college studies and if you score better marks and get a better seat in any NIT or IIIT you can shift there by collecting TC from local eamcet college and your original certificates from there.

Hope this answer helps you.

All the best!!!!
