Based on your AIR, you will not be able to get any branch in JMI, Delhi because you need an AIR below 1,00,000.

But, based on your Muslim OBC rank i.e. 46,000, you can definitely get a branch in JMI, Delhi.

Here are the 2018 cutoff ranks for all the branches in JMI, Delhi for Muslim OBC/ST candidates-

1. Civil Engineering- 52,000 (Round 3)

2. ECE- 47,761 (Round 3)

3. Electrical- 48,278 (Round 3)

4. Mechanical- 50,273 (Round 3)

You will definitely not get the Computer Engineering branch.
