Dear supravat, congratulations on your result. your admission into any college depends upon your AIR (All India Rank) which will be announced in month of april or may. AS per your result and category quota your admit into any govt college should not be a problem. I would reccomend you to use these links below for the most accurate results

With 80 percentile you may get a college but it depends upon how many people have scored more than you but being from the SC category you have a chance so I would advise you to prepare for the next Jee exam which is going to be held in April .Also keep an eye on the cutoffs of private colleges like Thapar and SASTRA and NIRMA which take students through Jee.Work hard.

Hello Candidate,

You can get GFTIs,CFTIs based on your percentile.

There are clear cut chances of getting a state government engineering colleges.

For example: if you belongs to punjab region than you can get GNDU (Guru Nanak Dev University) which is a state government college is the Punjab region.

Similarly you able to get seat in GFTIs,CFTIs based on your percentile in your region.

Note:Careers360 is not responsible for varies in prediction .

Hi Aspirant

With 80%ile you may get seat and may be not.The reason would be more number of students scoring more than 80%ile.

You may get seats in any college but you need to wait until the official announcement of rank and that will be after JEE in april.

And then you have to apply for counselling through JOSSA and if you are from north eastern state or union territory then you can apply for CSAB also.

The option would be to prepare for JEE april session and appear in it .Hope you will improve your %ile as well as rank.

Usually students scoring more than 90%ile are more likely to get colleges.

Hope this was helpful.

Hello.

The official Jee rankings will be released after the completion of the exam in April, your chances of getting a seat in an NIT depends on your ranking. You have a good chance of getting into government institutes with your category rankings.

Good luck!
