Hello dear,
According to your percentile in jee mains your general rank will approximately close to 1.8.lakh and with this rank you will not able to qualify jee mains in general category as the expected cutoff for general candidates is 85 so the chances are very low that you can qualify for jee advanced.

The cutoff percentile for jee advance isn't released by NTA yet so it is hard to tell whether you'll be able to qualify mains or not , I don't want to give any false hopes to you. Moreover with this percentile you would have a rank around 2 lakh with which you would not get admission into any NITs or IIITs.
Thank you.
Hope it helps.
