The Cut off Merit score for various categories were as follow in 2014:

For General Candidates: 148.46
For SC Candidates: 128.69
For ST Candidates: 116.46
For SBC/OBC Candidates: 150.2

Hope now you can get a idea that whether you will be eligible for admission or not.

The first one is Certificate of Diploma in Education (D. El. Ed) and the second is HTET. For having a Diploma In Elementary Education you have to take admission in Haryana JBT course online.
