You can calculate your rank using
rank formula for jee mains is is (100 - your total score) X 869010 /100.100 (tel:869010100100) - your total percentile score is the percentage  of people ahead of you. 869010 (tel:869010) are the number of candidates appeared for Jan exam.If the number of candidates for April exam increased to 1200000 (tel:1200000) then your final rank shall be (100 - your total score) X 1200000/100 (tel:1200000100)
So your approximate rank will be 34440

Your chances to get into nsit for cs is low yoi can implement your chances to get admission into nsit in april attempt.

Hello,
Considering your percentile your expected rank is 33022.
You can calculate your expected rank using the formula given below
(100-total percentile)*869010)/100
In your case it is
(100-96.2)*869010/100=33022

The cut for DU in 2019 for admission in computer science engineering for General category was 5896 and the cut for NSUT for the same was 2336.So considering 2019 cut off you may not get admission in either of the colleges. You need to score minimum 99 percentile in order to get admission in any of the two colleges.
However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.

You have a good percentile and you have good chances for qualifying JEE main and appear for JEE advanced. So it is better if you prepare for JEE advanced.

You can predict the colleges which you may get by using the link given below
