Yes, you can apply in the Delhi university for BCOM stream. But make sure that you atleast have 60% in you 10+2 for being Eligible for BCOM stream in Delhi university,
.
Eligiblity criteria:
A student must have aggregate of 60% or more in +2 in any of 3 subjects mentioned below accountancy/ maths/economics/business studies/commerce and English as mandatory
.
There will be no entrance examination but need to be eligible according to Eligiblity criteria

.
No, you shouldn't be adding nor the College entertains aggregate score from any other subjects. If You are having any other subjects except as mentioned above. your aggregate percentage will be reduced and you need to still have 60%, only in this way you can add other subjects and if meets the Eligiblity criteria you will be eligible
