Yes definitely you can get a seat in VSSUT , Burla with the above mentioned rank of yours but its up to you that which college you prefer the most. In my opinion go for VSSUT only if you are getting a branch of your choice or else a good branch unless go for IGIT, Sarang. You will get into some of the good brnaches there.

Well vssut is one of the most prestigious institution of engineering in orissa so it difficult for you to get admission into it with any good branch but still you canget lower branches and as per the indra gandhi institute you can get chemical engineering as well as electrical engineering and all the lower branches .
