The VSSUT Placement Cell has several members who collaborate and coordinate between the companies and the VSSUT Training and Placement Cell. Graduates have adequate opportunities for effective involvement in all work related to training and recruitment.

Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology Placement Cell, contacts multiple companies and business stakeholders with an invitation and university prospectus.
Companies approve offers and demonstrate an interest in the recruitment drive.
Students interested in applying for placements have to register with the VSSUT placement drive and provide the proper documents.

75% of students were placed in my course. The lowest package offered is 3 LPA, and the highest package offered is 9 LPA. The top Indian companies like Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Jindal, Tata Steel, and many more came to the campus for placements. The highest package offered was 9 LPA by Tata Steel. 80% of students got internships from our course.

Placements are quite good. The average salary package offered on the M.Tech course is 4.8 LPA. Companies like Havells, Tata Power, etc., visit our college. Tata Power is the top recruiter. The highest salary package offered is 6.2 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.8 LPA.

Congratulation Dost for scoring 95 percentiles in JEE mains

For eligible to take part in JOSA and CSAB counseling you need 70- 45% in 12th based on your category
VSSUT eligibility requires minimum 60% in PCM for General category students.

For OBC candidates , there might be some relaxation — often to 45% aggregate in PCM .
However, you mentioned 56% overall — if that's in PCM , you may still be eligible under the reserved category. If it’s overall but PCM is below 45% , eligibility could be a challenge.

Which college to choose VSSUT Burla or OUTR(CET) Bhubaneswar..I m not getting CS/IT.So tell me only for core branches like which is best.And which would give me better future scope as I have a thought to prepare for GATE in the future. Plz someone help

For core branches (like Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.), VSSUT Burla is a better choice than OUTR (CET) Bhubaneswar.

Here’s why:

Strong core departments : VSSUT has a long history and strong reputation in core engineering.
Better GATE environment : Many students from VSSUT prepare for GATE, so you will get a good peer group and study environment.
Good faculty and alumni : Especially in core branches, VSSUT has better faculty support and alumni network in PSU and higher studies.

So, if your focus is on core branches and GATE preparation, VSSUT Burla is the better option.

Can I get VSSUT BURLA COLLEGE ETC BRANCH with crl rank 2,00,000 and have home state quota and also have green card too.. Gender:- male Category:- OBC( category rank 71000)

you have crl rank 200000 and obc rank 71000 and you from home state quota

vssut burla college etc branch is very good branch and closing rank is high

but your rank is big so chances for etc branch

you maybe get other branches like production or civil or metallurgy in later round

you must try all round of counseling and spot round also

here below points help more

. etc branch mostly close before 150000 rank in crl or 40000 in obc rank . you have 200000 crl rank and 71000 obc rank so not match for etc . other branches open up in later round like production engineering or civil . green card quota and home state give small help but not big . try backup colleges also in odisha or nearby with similar rank

so final answer is no sure seat for etc branch in vssut burla with 200000 rank

but try counseling and wait for spot round chance to come
