Analysing the previous year data, you have low chances of getting a seat in any medical college with this rank. You may get some private colleges, but under management quota which requires a huge amount of money. Since you have not mentioned your category, I'm assuming that you are from the general category. Being from the general category with this rank it's very difficult for you to get good private medical colleges. Your state rank may help you get a seat in your state colleges under Home State Quota. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper,and the number of candidates appearing for it.
