As per your percentile, your rank would be somewhere around 5 lakhs and as per previous year's cutoff in Jabalpur engineering college in IT department you won't be eligible for admission.
The closing rank for IT department in 2019 was 57012 and in 2018 was 69022. For further details please refer to this link below
