I have scored 49.2% in my graduation and have a backlog in last semester, after which my score will be above 50%. Can I give the Cat exam this year, putting the information that I have scored 50% in graduation, the vcallog paper will happen in December.

The eligibility criteria for appearing for the CAT exam is that the candidate must have completed their graduation with an aggregate of 50% (this is for General students, for SC/ST students, it is 45%). The minimum age should be 20 years.
However, candidates who are in the final year of their bachelor's can appear for CAT regardless of their percentage or backlogs. This is, keeping in mind, that you should not be so behind the eligibility that even if you clear CAT you won't be able to get admitted to an MBA college.
