IIFM Bhopal Admission Process

Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal offers admission to postgraduate and doctoral-level courses. Candidates seeking admission at the Indian Institute of Forest Management are done based on the student's performance in the national-level entrance exams. Students meeting the eligibility can apply for admission to IIFM Bhopal courses. Candidates applying for admission to PGDSM and PGDFM at IIFM Bhopal courses should have valid CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ GMAT / XAT scores.

Based on the scores of the qualifying exam, candidates will be further called for a WAT/ personal interview which will be conducted offline mode. Indian Institute of Forest Management Bhopal Registrations 2025

Click on 'Admission open'.
Candidates have to register with the basic details to generate login credentials.
Fill out the IIFM Bhopal application form.
Upload the requisite documents.
Pay the application fee of Rs. 1000 for the GEN/ OBC/ EWS category and Rs. 500 for ST/SC.
Submit the Indian Institute of Forest Management application form.

IIFM Bhopal PG Admissions 2025

Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal offers two postgraduate courses. IIFM Bhopal courses at the PG level include PGDSM and PGDFM. IIFM Bhopal PGD eligibility criteria are that candidates should have passed a bachelor's degree with an aggregate of 50% marks from a recognised university.

IIFM Bhopal PG Admission Process 2025

First, candidates are required to meet the eligibility criteria for admission to PGDSM and PGDFM courses.
Candidates have to secure valid scores in national-level entrance exams such as CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ GMAT.
IIFM Bhopal will use the above-mentioned entrance exam scores for shortlisting candidates.
Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the WAT/Personal Interviews which will be conducted through Offline mode in the following centers viz: Bhopal, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Chennai.
Candidates based on their performance in the entrance exam and WAT/PI will be selected for admission.
Candidates are advised to pay the IIFM admission fee to get the seats reserved.
Later, candidates should ensure that they get the documents verified to prove the authenticity of their credentials to get the IIFM Bhopal admission confirmed.

Candidates should have any of the CAT/UGC-NET/ RAT/GATE/ CSIR-NET/ICAR-NET /FRI Entrance tests/ GMAT in the areas of different specialisations.
Following that, candidates are advised to acquire minimum marks in the above exams.
Candidates qualifying for the entrance exam will be called for a presentation and personal interview as per the criteria decided by IIFM.
The final selection of candidates will be based on criteria decided from time to time by the Institute.

When dealing with different entrance exams like the CAT and SNAP, it's crucial to understand that each exam has its own independent application process. Therefore, the category you select for one exam doesn't automatically carry over to another.

The CAT (Common Admission Test) and SNAP (Symbiosis National Aptitude Test) are conducted by separate bodies. This means their application forms and data are handled independently. Therefore, you have the option to choose a different category in your SNAP application, even if you selected "General" in your CAT application.

During the SNAP application process, you'll be asked to provide your category details. At this point, you can accurately indicate your OBC status, provided you have the necessary valid documentation. It's very important to provide correct information, and to have the appropriate documents to back up the category you select .It is very important to remember that Once the SNAP application is submitted, changes to category information are generally not allowed.

If you choose to apply under the OBC category in SNAP, ensure you possess a valid OBC Non-Creamy Layer certificate as per the government's prescribed format. This certificate is essential for availing any category-based benefits during the admission process.

In essence, you have the flexibility to select a different category for the SNAP exam compared to your CAT application. However, prioritize accuracy and ensure you have the required documentation to support your chosen category.
