KLE Technological University, Hubli does not accept JEE Main Paper 2 score for admission to B.Arch. Candidates who want to get admission in KLE Technological unversity in B.Arch must appear in NATA and qualify in it. Admission is based on merit in the entrance exam. So you cannot get admission on basis on JEE Main Paper 2 score. You may have to seek admission in any other college accepting JEE Main Paper 2 score.
