Hey Bhagyashri,

Relax! I'm certain your admission won't get cancel but at the time of counselling you must provide them an affidavit stating your mistake+ all the essential documents with your full name like Aadhar, SLC, your marksheet etc.

For more information you should definitely contact JEE mains helpline number- 011-69227700, 011-40759000 and drop a mail at jeemain@nta.ac.in. They will guide you accordingly.
