I havn't appeared for bharti vidyapeeth cet,can I get admission for BBA LLB course in this college?

I hope you are doing well.
BVPU conducts it’s own exam, and so it is not possible to get admission through MH-CET.
The only criteria is you should score minimum of 50% marks in your class 12th (45% for SC/ST).
So to answer your question, NO, you cannot get admission for BBA LLB course in this college without giving Bharti Vidyapeeth CET.
