Hello student, OBC NCL certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of issue in Delhi University. As we can clearly see that you got your OBC NCL Certificate in Jan 2021, thus it is valid till Jan 2022. So you can use that certificate to take admission in any university before Jan 2022.
