I passed class 10th in 2014. And 12th in 2017 but in this year 2018 again. Will take 12th improvement exam. Can i fill the jee main form..?

yes you are eligible to give jee mains this year as you have only 3 years gap and you will not face any problems regarding this.Try to score good marks in jee mains!All the best...
