Actually, sorry for coming in between but really want to clear my shot of doubt.... I want to pursue bachelor degree in computer science... actually I am interested in computer scientist!! So is there anyone , to clear my doubt??

First of all, these are really great feilds.
Since you are looking for Engg and not BSc, there are courses in IITs and NITs for Biomedical Engineering (if you are looking for the top institutes), that not many people know of.
You will have to give the basic IIT JEE entrance exam to get through.
Now, giving NEET will definately increase your chances for getting into this feild but, for a BSc.
If you are looking for Engg then I suggest you to focus on mainly on exams like IIT JEE, VITEEE, and BITSAT.
