Hi Aspirant,

The minimum score you need to score to get a good college medical is above 490.The cutoff score for Osmania Medical college was 471 and for Gandhi it is about 469.Cutoff are a subject to change from year to year based on several factors.However to be on the safe side you need to score above 490.
