These kind of problems arise sometimes depending on various reasons such as, too much traffic on the site, poor internet connectivity, periodic shutdown of the portal etc., What you can do is, log out, refresh the page, login again and check. If the problem still remains, contact the helpdesk. They will surely look into it.
