The anticipated CUET UG cutoff for B. Tech differs according to university, category and demand for the program.  Generally speaking, a percentile above 95 would be regarded as safe for the general category for higher ranked central universities like BHU or DU (if they are offering BTech). Newer universities or universities that are less competitive the percentile cutoff maybe anywhere from 75 to 90. State and private universities that accept CUET will have their own requirements, just ensure you locate their admissions portals for cutoff values.
