Hii..
In this case you may talk to your college in Mumbai to refund your money back if they agree to do this take a money back from there and get admission in Pune ..
for the most of the cases colleges do not refund money..
so you can do only one thing that to get admission in Pune and restart your year or you do one thing that if can manage to travel from Pune to Mumbai for I think it's not convenient for you so it's depend upon you
