No,you won't be getting an extra hour in the examination.
But since you are physically handicapped so you belong to the pwd category .The cutoff for qualification of pwd candidates is very low .
Last time it was -35 which means one has to just literally go and sit and do nothing in the paper to qualify else you can solve the questions and get better rank.
But remember you must have all the necessary documents of being a pwd candidate.
