iam studying bsc agriculture but igot seat in mbbs, whether I want to pay extra fees to take my certificate in college

If you get a Seat in MBBS, I believe you should immediately discontinue your BSc Agriculture Course and enroll in MBBS followed by a strong career in Medical Sciences. Its totally upto you and the Rules of Admission in Medical College, if any Migration Certificate is required or you just consider the years invested in BSc as Gap Years.
