•Class 10 marksheet

•Class 12 marksheet

•A valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar card/PAN/Driving Licence/Passport)

•ProvisionalAllotment Letter (downloaded from the official website of NTA NEET)

•SC/ST Certificate (if applicable)

•OBC Certificate (if applicable)

•Disability Certificate (if applicable)

these all are the main documents will you will require ate the time of documents verification.
