With rank around 13k-15k you won't get CS branch in DU.As closing rank for CS for delhi region candidate is 9k.And for outsider is aeouar 3.5k.Try to score better so that your rank comes around 8K-9k.You still have enough time for 2nd phase jee mains 2019.
