If I didn't apply for JEE mains after my 12th board, is there will be any problem to learn BSC computer science or to join college?

No there will be nothing like that ,you will not face any difficulty in getting admission for bsc computer science .

Hello Zeba,
There is no problem in getting BCS computer science department in any college.
Most of government, private college take admission for bsc computer science on the basis of 12 th marks.

Some government, private institutions take their entrance exam for taking admission in bsc course.
