Hello Sanju,
First of all, to qualify for IIT you need to score very well and get rank within top 224000 candidates. After that, you can appear for JEE advanced, the marks of which is used for admission in IIT. If you have not scored well enough in JEE mains, chances to be selected for IIT is fairly low.
