If I get a college in round 1 of neet UG counselling and i want to upgrade it to round 2 but I didn't get any college in round 2 so can opt for round 3 without any forefietment of the security payment?

So,If you got a college in Round 1 of NEET UG counselling and chose to upgrade in Round 2 but didn’t get any new seat, then don’t worry you will not lose your security money and you can take part in Round 3 and your round one seat will remain safe but if you resigned the seat of round 1 after round 2 then you would not be allowed to participate in round 3.
