If i get any college in 2nd round of bams maharashtra counselling but i didn't like it then can i fill status retention form in college which is alloted in round 1

It os simple If you plan to retain your first round college, do not report to the college allotted in the second round in bams maharashtra.second choice is basically an upgradation round they provide college of your preference if its available its upto you whether you like it or not according to your needs.
