if I will get 150 marks in jee main 2017 then can I take admission in nit as a general candidate?

Yes, you can take admission in lower NITs at this score.
If you want to get top NITs like Warangal, Surathkal, Tirruchirappalli, Calicut, Delhi, Jaipur etc you need to score more than 220 marks in your exam.
NITs admission are based on home quota as well.
