You always need to make sure that whatever documents or information you are providing belongs to you with correct information. Also NEET has one time correction facility which you can use to correct your mistakes. It is active for few days only. You should make sure to correct all the mistakes that you have made while filling the form. If you do this correctly then you application will not be rejected.
