YES, you can get admission in other prestigious colleges without giving JEE. You can secure some great government and private colleges on the basis of state entrance exams such as MHTCET, EAMCET, etc. Also, some private universities have their own entrance exams for admission such as PERACET, KJ Somaiya CET, etc which you can attempt for admission in those colleges.
