I'm 2017 BE mech graduate till now no job just was in hope of govt exam but dint study well can I now opt for private/IT sector for good career and salary? which Field can give me good career? please help

Don't worry there are many options you can opt for.
Try to get a job through your contacts or by contacting the companies which hire Mechanical engineering graduates. Many companies conduct offcampus hiring process. Visit the official websites of companies fpr such openings.
Or if you are motivated enough and have resources you can go for higher education. Doimg M.Tech degree would definitely help you get great job opportunities.
If you have some capital you can also think of starting something of your own.
