I'm from Pwd category. My JEE percentile is 88. This year 1400 students from pwd category have appeared in the JEE MAINS. What can be my pwd rank and can I get PEC, NIT, DTU OR NSIT from this percentile in pwd category? I'M OF OUTSIDE DELHI REGION

Incase youre from Delhi Region, with a Percentile of 88 in JEE Main, being from PwD you have fair chances of securing a seat in either of DTU, NSIT or IIIT. As far as NITs and GFTIs are concerned, you'll have fair chances. Perhaps try for your Home State NIT/GFTI, you'll easily secure a seat.
