In Andhra Pradesh. 1st phase counseling as been over. but still there is no clarity about EWS. when will be EWS considered for counseling?

Dear candidate,
The ews counselling starts only from second round and is applicable only in some central universities according to the information from mcc site.
So in Andhra Pradesh whichever college has ews reservation they would consider it for counselling only after the allotment of seats for round 1 has been completed.
