Dear Student,

CSAB ( Central Seat Allocation Board ) sets up its counselling to provide seats to the students which remains vacant after JOSAA Counselling. This counselling also has an eligibility criteria. To sit in this counselling you must have to fulfill that criteria.

Now it is clearly mentioned in the eligibility criteria that the candidate must be from Union Territory or from North East States. Also there are some other eligibility criteria.You can read all these details at the link given below.
