In Jac Delhi 2018 counciling there are reservation for OBC in Delhi region for 85percent seat and for outside condidate 15percent seat.

Yes , the reservation ratio i.e. 85:15 which you have mentioned is absolutely correct . But i didn't get what do you actually want to know . Please mention your query in comments , if any .

Actually I want to ask that during counseling there are two rank in our rank card one is crl rank and another is category rank.I am OBC my crl rank is 74101& OBC rank is 20444.When I checked cut off last year of nsit or dtu electric engineering was allotted to 16478 in sixth round.This is crl or category rank this is my question.

Hey! The cutoff ranks mentioned for any institutes are their CRL ( common rank list) ranks. And so , are for NSIT or DTU .Hope it helps!
