The image of the Crossed Bank Cheque/Photocopy of Passbook/Screenshot of Online account is used for identification purposes of the applicant. Hence, they should belong to the applicant which happens to be you. So you have to send image of your Own Passbook  of Bank Account.

Speaking about the PIO card (Person of Indian Origin) card and OCI cards (Overseas Citizen of India) the PIO card holder doesn’t need a visa to visit India whereas the OCI cards give you lifetime multiple entry visa to India. If you're a citizen of India but not living in foreign country these are obviously not applicable to you.
