I would suggest you to try for good NITs first, if not then consider VIT, KIIT and then WBJEE. So to check where all and in which branches you can have admission chances you can use below given college predictors and accordingly decide -

but jadavpur university is quite good so why wbjee at the last? also shd I attend the counselling of kiit? or be depend on nits or jadavpur as they are far better than kiit
I have kept it at last because it has more campuses in comparison to other names which you have mentioned above. But it does not mean that this is not good or something.
