Is 20000 rupees paid at upsee counselling is refundable either partially or fully?

Counselling fee is partially refunded if no college has been allotted.

You shall be refunded money in your bank itslef with some amount deduction.

Incase you are allotted any college an dyou cancel admissions, you would not be refunded any amount.
