Hello,

I don't think so as per the eligibility criteria the degree certificate should be recognized under the university grant commission therefore i think it should be approved by MCI so that it will become equivalent to indian degree and second necessary condition you should be an indian citizen

but the foreign medical graduate examination is purely a licensing examination which gives permission to practice medicine in india and as per my knowledge it has nothing to do with degree
