See, Gen-EWS/SC/ ST/OBC(NCL)/ PwD candidates are required to upload original certificate as per prescribed formats of jee main issued by the competent authority of their respective State. however if any candidate does not have the certificate currently  available with him / her, he/she can upload the self undertaking (Appendix- 2) form. But  he/ she will have to upload the required  certificate before end of May 2021. so it is not mandatory to upload before 30 march, you have to upload in before end of may 2021.
